New partnership for Teréga Solutions
Teréga Solutions, a subsidiary of the Teréga Group, and Intraterra, a company specialising in the development of low environmental impact drilling and rock extraction technologies, have entered into an exclusive commercial partnership for the innovative technology, Vertical H2.
A partnership that reinforce hydrogen development
This exclusive partnership between the two companies will enable Teréga Solutions’ hydrogen business unit to offer its customers and prospects this solution developed by Intraterra. It is also an opportunity to consolidate this solution through additional studies carried out as part of the deployment of a 2 to 5 tonne demonstrator within a hydrogen ecosystem, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine or Occitanie regions.
This business brokerage agreement grants us commercial exclusivity for the sale of this solution (for a period of 18 months), as well as for all feasibility studies to be carried out by Teréga Solutions and not assigned to the competition.
